Week 2 Blog Post
During high school I would get really stressed out with homework, tests, and making time to study around the times I would be at practice or in a tournament. Growing up I've always had a hard time focusing as well as bad anxiety, so taking time to do school work was really hard for me. Music has always been my go to release, no matter what I could turn on music to help me figure things out by listening to the lyrics, almost like it could describe exactly what I was feeling when I didn't know that myself. Lately it's been hard to find motivation in normal day to day activities, I know I need to do them but I can't bring myself too. Music can help in so many different ways. When I'm stressed I like to listen to music without any lyrics, just a calm melody.
